Shipping & Return Policy

Custom Box Makers strive to deliver custom box packaging solutions within the specified timeframe. Below is the detailed overview of our shipping and return policy to provide transparent and exceptional services/

Shipping Policy

We ensure timely delivery within the committed timeframe. We will not be responsible for any delays that occur due to weather issues or public holidays. 

Standard Production & Shipping Time

  • Production Timeline: We complete the manufacturing process within 8-10 business days once you have approved the final design and order specifications. This timeframe can vary depending on the order quantity.
  • Shipping Timeline: We understand the urgency of your business, and once production is complete, we aim to deliver your packaging order in 2-3 business days.

Expedited Orders

Expedited orders are referred to as rush orders. They are processed and delivered within 5-7 business days. Depending on the project’s nature, some orders can be completed even sooner. 

Shipping Services

We utilise reliable shipping courier services, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL, to ensure secure and efficient delivery. Additionally, shipping times may vary depending on the geographic location and local service availability. You may face some delays due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unpredictable situations. 

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with real-time tracking information, allowing you to check your order status and estimated arrival date.

Return & Refund Policy

As a custom box manufacturer and supplier, we never compromise on quality and make our custom packaging solutions according to the clients’ requirements. If you find any error with your order, the following condition applies:

  • Notification Period: If you find any error with your order, you must notify us within three working days.
  • Eligibility: Only defective products will be eligible for refunds and returns.

Note: We only provide refunds for products that are identified as defective.

Company Side Defective Products

  • Responsibility: If the defect is found on our side, we will take full responsibility and reprint the entire order at no additional cost.
  • Final Decision: The company decision would be determined as the final decision regarding the defect or faulty products. 

To process the return, the client provides us with:

  • Please provide us with proof by sending a digital photograph of the defective products to facilitate the reprint process. 
  • The client is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • Return the entire order to us within seven business days. 

Client Side Defective Products

If the defect is to be found on the client’s side, a  refund may still be processed under the following terms:

  • You’ll need to return the complete order to us.
  • We’ll issue your refund, but please note it won’t include shipping, setup, printing, or billing costs.

Order Cancellation Policy

Post-Approval Process

Once you’ve approved the design proof, we’ll start printing your order right away.

Cancellation Timeframe

You have 4 hours after approval to cancel your order. A 5% cancellation fee will be applied if you cancel after processing has begun. Please send your cancellation request within 12 to 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Stage

Orders that have entered the printing stage are non-refundable. As a courtesy, we offer free warehouse storage, allowing you to arrange shipments at your convenience.
